In this Information Notice, the principles regarding the processing of your personal data by Demos Endüstri Fuarcılık A.Ş. (the Company), acting as the data controller and located at Yeşilköy Mah. Atatürk Cad. Egs Business Park Blk. No:12/26 Bakırköy, Istanbul, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the Law) and relevant legislation, are set out below. 1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data Your personal data obtained due to your visit to our website may be processed by our Company for the purposes listed below: In the event that a request is made via the contact section and/or social media accounts, Carrying out the necessary activities by our business units to enable relevant persons to benefit from the services provided by our Company, Conducting relevant business processes, ensuring access to information, evaluating requests and suggestions, and enabling the submission of complaints, Planning and executing activities required to customize, recommend, and promote the services provided by our Company in line with the preferences, usage habits, and needs of relevant persons, Carrying out the necessary activities by our relevant business units for the execution of the commercial activities conducted by the Company and managing the related business processes, as well as planning and executing the Company’s business strategies, Planning and executing the Company’s commercial and/or business strategies, Sending commercial electronic communications and enabling you to benefit from our e-newsletter services, provided that you give your explicit consent, Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial/workplace security of the Company and relevant persons who have a business relationship with the Company. 2. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection Your personal data are collected by our Company through cookies, which are technical communication files, due to your visit to our website, and in line with the purposes specified in this Information Notice, fully or partially by automatic means, as part of a data recording system, in written and electronic environments. Personal data collected other than through cookies are obtained by non-automatic means through the completion of forms available on the website by you. Your personal data are processed based on the following legal grounds: Explicitly stipulated by law pursuant to Article 5/2(a) of the Law, Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations pursuant to Article 5/2(c) of the Law, Being mandatory for the legitimate interests of our Company, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, pursuant to Article 5/2(f) of the Law, The obligation to retain traffic data within the scope of Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed through Such Publications. 3. Recipients of Personal Data and Purpose of Transfer Your personal data may be transferred, in line with the purposes of processing personal data, to our business partners (outsourced service providers, hosting service providers), Company affiliates, and legally authorized public institutions and private persons, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law. 4. Application Methods to the Data Controller and Your Rights Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, by applying to our Company, you have the right to: a) Learn whether your personal data are processed, b) Request information if they have been processed, c) Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with this purpose, d) Learn the parties to whom they are transferred domestically, e) Request correction if they are processed incompletely or inaccurately, f) Request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, g) Request notification of the transactions carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom the data have been transferred, h) Object to the occurrence of a result against you due to analysis exclusively through automated systems, i) Request compensation for damages in case you suffer damages due to unlawful processing. You may submit your applications regarding the above-mentioned rights by filling out the Data Subject Application Form available on our website and sending it by post to Yeşilköy Mah. Atatürk Cad. Egs Business Park Blk. No:12/26 Bakırköy, Istanbul, or by sending it to the registered electronic mail address info@demosfuar.com.tr Our Company finalizes your requests free of charge as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged. Our Company may accept and process the request or reject it in writing by explaining the reason. In cases where the application made by following the procedure specified above is rejected, the response is deemed insufficient, or no response is provided within the required period, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (the Board) within thirty days following notification of the response and, in any case, within sixty days from the date of application. However, a complaint cannot be filed without first exhausting the application process. Upon a complaint or upon becoming aware of an alleged violation, the Board conducts the necessary examination ex officio within its scope of authority. Upon reviewing the complaint, the Board provides a response to the relevant parties. If no response is given within sixty days from the date of the complaint, the request is deemed rejected. As a result of the examination conducted upon complaint or ex officio, if a violation is identified, the Board decides that the unlawful actions detected be remedied by the data controller and notifies the relevant parties. This decision is fulfilled without delay and no later than thirty days from notification. In cases where irreparable or difficult-to-remedy damages may arise and there is a clear violation of the law, the Board may decide to suspend data processing or the transfer of data abroad. We state that your data are protected with great care by our Company and thank you for the trust you place in us.

1- Support will be provided to 100 artists.
2- This is an open call for all artists under the age of 26 who have received or are currently receiving art education.
3- The production date of the artworks to be exhibited must strictly be 2025–2026 (recent works).
4- It is important that the artworks have not been previously exhibited in any other fair or exhibition.
5- The delivery of the artworks to the fair venue and their collection after the fair is the responsibility of the artist. Artists who fail to collect their works within the specified dates cannot claim any rights over them. Uncollected works will be officially transferred to an institution. The artist will be deemed to have relinquished all rights to the artwork.
6- The exhibition is open to all disciplines of Plastic Arts. Applicants may participate with works produced in all areas of contemporary art such as Painting, Sculpture, Photography, Ceramics, Digital Art, Mosaic, and Video Art. Please contact us for different disciplines.
7- There is no limitation on the materials or techniques used. However, the dimensions of the artwork must comply with the specifications. The short side of the artwork must not be smaller than 50 cm, and the long side must not exceed 120 cm. The side edges of the works must either continue the artwork or be cleanly painted. Sculptors may participate with works up to 75 cm in height. Works submitted in different dimensions will not be considered. Please contact us for special projects or different sizes.
8- The subject matter is free. All artists may produce works in their own style, focusing on the themes, approaches, and disciplines they wish to pursue.
9- No commission will be taken from the sales price of the artworks. Therefore, it is important to set your prices considering that the full sale amount will be transferred directly to you.
10- When a work is sold, the payment will be transferred directly to your account by the buyer without any intermediary.
11- The IAAF management may offer up to a 20% discount to special collectors without consulting the artist.
12- When submitting your prices, if your pricing appears significantly lower or higher compared to other young artists, you may be contacted and the appropriate price will be determined together through mutual agreement.
13- A certificate of participation will be provided.
14- All galleries, art lovers, and collectors will be invited to our fairs. Therefore, it is important to make the most of this opportunity and present your masterpieces.
15- Until the fair date, all announcements, invitations, and advertising graphics will be prepared by our team and sent individually to our artists. In order to maintain unity and consistency, artists will share these visuals on their social media accounts. Once the fair opens, artists may share freely. The purpose is for all artists to promote the fair with a single visual before the event. Invitations or posters other than the official institutional design should not be shared. This practice will strengthen the promotion of both the fair and the artists.
