IAAF Abu Dhabi 2027 We offer comprehensive logistics, transportation, and accommodation solutions to transform the entire process for our participants into a flawless experience. The operational support services we have planned so that our galleries and artists can focus solely on their art and meeting international collectors are as follows:

  • Central Logistics and Artwork Transfer Ensuring your artworks reach Abu Dhabi safely is our top priority. Accordingly, all artworks will be carefully received at a central collection point (*) located in Istanbul and transferred collectively to the Abu Dhabi International Exhibition Centre via our professional logistics teams.

  • Advantageous Flight Privileges To make your international travel more comfortable and economical, our corporate partnership negotiations with a prestigious airline company (**) are ongoing. Once the agreement is reached, special discounted ticketing opportunities will be offered to all our participants.

  • Accommodation and Shuttle Services To maximize your comfort during the organization, special accommodation packages are being prepared with two distinguished hotels (***) located very close to the fairground. For the convenience of our participants, regular and free shuttle services will be provided between these hotels and the exhibition area throughout the fair.

  • Exclusive Abu Dhabi Cultural Tours (Optional) For our participants who wish to closely experience the unique cultural texture, museums (Louvre, Qasr Al Watan, Ferrari World, etc.), and dynamic lifestyle of Abu Dhabi, the new capital of global art, special guided city tours (****) integrated into the organization schedule will be arranged.

Important Information Notes: Pricing details and finalized programs for all the service items mentioned above will be shared with our participants as our operational processes are completed.

(*) Warehouse and Delivery Point: The exact location of the central warehouse in Istanbul and the artwork delivery dates will be announced in the upcoming period.

(**) Airline Partner: Once the official agreement with the airline company is completed, discount codes and flight details will be announced.

(***) Partner Hotels: Once the names of the hotels for accommodation and special room rates are finalized, the reservation processes will be initiated.

(****) City Tours: Tour routes, schedules, and participation fees will be determined according to the organization calendar and announced separately.
